Check Ehsaas Program Eligibility by SMS

You can check if you’re eligible for the Ehsaas Program using your CNIC number. The process is very simple and you only need a mobile phone.

The program uses NADRA records to verify your details. Here’s what you need to do:

• Type your CNIC number (without dashes)
• Send it to 8171
• You’ll get a reply telling you if you qualify or not

Ehsaas Program Requirements Before Registration

To get help from this program, you must be registered. Without registration, you cannot receive the cash. Not everyone can qualify. You need to match the conditions set by the government.

Who Can Not Apply

• Own a vehicle
• Pay mobile bills over Rs. 1000
• Spouse pays more than Rs. 1000 in mobile bills
• You or your spouse has traveled abroad
• You or family applied for a passport via executive center
• You or spouse is a government worker
• More than 3 people in your house applied for CNIC with executive fee

Who Can Apply

• No job or business
• Monthly income is less than Rs. 25,000
• Not already receiving support from BISP or other programs
• Disabled persons
• Pension less than Rs. 10,000
• Elderly with no income
• Widows with no income source

How to Register Online for Ehsaas Program – February 2025

Here’s how you can register online:

• Visit the official website
• Enter your CNIC number
• Click on “Apply” for Ehsaas Program
• You’ll receive a confirmation message if you qualify

Or you can use SMS method:

• Open SMS app
• Type CNIC number without dashes (like 123456789)
• Send it to 8171
• Wait for the confirmation reply

How the Ehsaas System Works

This system is created to help poor families, jobless people, and those affected by health problems or disasters like COVID-19.

It was started by PM Imran Khan in 2019. Many people appreciated it because it gave real help to the poor.

Here’s how the system works:

Step 1: Send your CNIC to 8171
Step 2: System checks with NADRA if the CNIC is valid
Step 3: Your details are checked for eligibility
Step 4: System checks if you or spouse is a government worker
Step 5: If you qualify, you’ll get an SMS saying you’re eligible and will get cash soon

Once confirmed, you can collect your cash from a bank or Ehsaas center.

Ehsaas started in 2019 during the rule of Imran Khan. After the change in government, the program still continues. The aim was to reduce poverty and support the needy.

NSER Survey for Ehsaas Program

The government runs the NSER survey to check if someone is eligible for BISP and Ehsaas programs. Without passing this survey, you cannot get support.

Types of Ehsaas Programs

There are many branches of the Ehsaas program, each designed for different groups of people:

Ehsaas Kafalat Program – CNIC Check

Ehsaas Kafalat program is for women who are alone and have no support. It includes widows, divorced women, and elderly women.

They can get Rs. 2000 every month to help with living costs. You can check if you are part of this program by using the website or sending your CNIC number to 8171 through SMS.

Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program

During the time of Covid-19, many people in Pakistan lost their jobs. To help them, Prime Minister Imran Khan started this cash support plan.

At first, people got Rs. 12,000 and later the amount was increased to Rs. 14,000. This helped many families in tough times.

Ehsaas Langar Program

This plan provides free food for daily wage workers who can’t afford to eat properly. The government works with Saylani Welfare Trust to run these food centers in different cities.

Ehsaas Koi Bhooka Na Soye Program 2025

This program sends food trucks to major cities and gives free meals to poor people. These trucks serve food three times a day to those who can’t afford to eat regularly.

Ehsaas Amdan Program

This program helps people start their own small work. Those who don’t have any income can get Rs. 25,000 or items like goats, cows, poultry, or even parts of rickshaws to begin earning.

Ehsaas Nashonuma Program

This program is made for children under 2 years who are not getting enough healthy food. Around 38% of kids in Pakistan face this issue.

Right now, this help is being given in 15 districts, but more areas will be added later.

Wazir-E-Azam Relief Package 5566

To fight high prices, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif started this package. It helps people buy food items like flour, sugar, and ghee at low prices.

You just need to send your CNIC number to 5566 by SMS and you’ll get a reply with discount details:

• 10 KG Flour for Rs. 400
• 1 KG Sugar for Rs. 70
• 3 KG Ghee for Rs. 300

Ehsaas Loan Program

This plan is for students who want to study but don’t have money. They can get loans from Rs. 200,000 up to Rs. 750,000 without any interest.

To apply, students need to fill the online form with correct details. This program has helped increase the education rate in Pakistan.

Ehsaas Panahgah Program

Many poor workers sleep on streets or bus stops. To help them, ex-PM Imran Khan started Panahgahs (shelters). There are 25 places now where people can stay the night and also get free breakfast.

Ehsaas Rashan Program

Because of rising prices, it’s hard for many to buy basic food. This program helps by giving Rs. 2,000 and up to 40% discount on grocery items.

Ehsaas Student Program (Waseela-e-Taleem)

This program supports students who can’t afford school or college. If you’re already getting Ehsaas Kafalat, you can also apply for this help.

Girls get more seats in this program to promote female education. Children between 4 to 22 years can get scholarships from primary to higher education.

Ehsaas for Disabled Persons

Disabled persons can now build their own homes. Through the Apna Ghar Housing Scheme, they can get loans easily with special quotas and low interest.

Ehsaas Digital Hubs

These hubs are like help centers. People can go there to ask questions or get help related to Ehsaas or BISP programs.

Ehsaas Tahafuz Program

This is a health help program. It gives health and life insurance to poor people who can’t pay for hospital costs. The goal is to make sure people get treatment without getting into debt.

Dar-ul-Pass Ehsaas Program

There are over 4 million orphan children in Pakistan. This program gives them a place to live with all basic needs.

The government has built 50 orphan homes where kids get food, medical care, and education—everything they need for a better life.

Ehsaas One Window Program

This is a center where all Ehsaas programs are available in one place. It makes it easy to find the right help you need.

Mazdoor Ka Ehsaas

This plan gives Rs. 14,000 to laborers earning less than Rs. 25,000 a month. This gives some support to those who work very hard but earn very little.

Ehsaas Scholarship for Students

If you’re 18 or older and have an ID card, you can apply for this scholarship. It pays for all higher education costs. You can check your eligibility through the online CNIC check system.

Ehsaas Data4Pakistan

This is a project that collects data to study poverty and other problems. Ehsaas uses this information to find out where help is needed most.

Ehsaas Rehri Baan Program

This plan supports street sellers. People who sell items on small carts (Rehri) can now get training and a license to grow their business and earn better.
